In our processing centres, we offer the following services: milling, engraving, trimming, drilling, turning, cutting, grinding and other material processing services. We use different CNC centres for processing, such as a interpolated 3-axis lathe and 3- and 5-axis machining centre. Work piece sizes can be of smaller dimensions (coin) and to much greater dimensions of 4,000×3,800×1,500mm.
Based on your requirements, we can draw your product in either a 2D or 3D technique, however, if there is a three-dimensional physical model of your desired product, we can easily scan it with a 3D laser scanner. When the desired product is drawn, we will send you a design for confirmation, prepare the programme and perform milling in one of our centres. The manufacturing precision depends on the customer's requirements, the nature of the operations, the size of the work piece and the CNC centre used. Before any agreement on cooperation and prices, we discuss the technique, precision and other details with the client.
